As the Manager of Business Analysis for CCS, Inc., Brian manages a team responsible for GSE applications in the business segment. Amongst his key roles in the completion of GSE applications, Brian works on specialized recruiting, coordinates critical conference meetings, and collaborates in the business of meeting clients at industry conferences.
Brian brings over 24 years of industry experience in sales and marketing. He has worked for companies like M&M/Mars and The Schering Corporation. Prior to CCS, Inc., Brian was a Clinical Marketing Manager in the biotechnology industry. There, he led a business team that worked with hospitals, healthcare specialists, insurance companies, managed care organizations, and distributors.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Brian extends his leadership by way of his commitment to his community. Brian finds time as a community organizer; he is the Founder/Director of a community organization that unites people through volunteerism and works with youth through mentoring and anti-bullying initiatives.
Tina brings to CCS her extensive experience in FHA Connection. Her expertise specifically focuses on: resolving HUD request for audits, MIP payments, insuring FHA files, the coordination of challenging files with the underwriter, clearing conditions with HUD’s Notice of Rescission, and administrating FHA connection access. Tina also offers a seasoned perspective in the post closing department in the following areas: mortgage file delivery to investors, trailing documents, stacking files, follow-up on HUD-1 statements, and clearing investor suspense conditions for purchase.
Prior to CCS, Tina held the position of FHA Insuring Coordinator for Pacific Union Financial, LLC. At Mason McDuffie Mortgage Corporation, she was the Post Closing Coordinator.
Tina studied education at Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa.
Michael’s role as a Business Analyst for CCS, Inc. has him assisting in the GSE application process while also a part of direct marketing efforts in CCS’s client solicitation processes.
Michael attends Los Positas College in Livermore, CA where he is preparing coursework for his transfer to California State University, Sacramento. There, Michael will complete his undergraduate work in Business. His passion and acumen for building electronic innovations and computer engineering is outstanding which allows Michael bring a diversified perspective of industry into CCS, Inc.'s offerings.
Keith offers over 30 years in his breadth of experience within the mortgage banking industry. The multidimensional latitude of Keith’s extensive background includes: regulatory compliance, quality control setup and administration, loan servicing management, GSE approval preparation, sub-servicer selection and monitoring, vendor management, loss mitigation, REO disposition/asset management, LOS and loan servicing systems selection and implementation, recruiting and training, and customer service management.
As CCS’s QC Guru, Keith specializes in assisting CCS’s clients in instituting best-practices to comply with GSE requirements as necessitated, before, during, and after the approval process. The scope of Keith’s expertise in quality control, mortgage servicing, and all spheres of mortgage banking has been and continues to be an asset to clients across the nation as they prepare to enter the GSE arena.
Keith is a graduate of the Cyril Potter College of Education. He holds various mortgage banking certifications from the MBA’s School of Mortgage Banking. Keith is certificated in Project Management from UC Berkeley Extension in alignment with the Project Management Institute amongst other professional/management development accreditations.
Eric brings over a quarter-of-a-century of extensive experience in the areas of finance and accounting. His ability to lead and produce successful results lies in the depth and breadth of Eric’s professional experience in the following: mortgage loan servicing, mortgage loan securitization delivery to GNMA and FNMA, negotiating warehouse capacities, treasury management, strategic business planning, debt & equity financing, capital market positions, multi branch financial packages, key performance indicators, and contract reviews. Eric is deeply acquainted with the mortgage loan origination channels, which include: retail, direct to consumer, wholesale, and correspondent channels.
Prior to CCS, Eric held the position of CFO for Summit Funding, Inc. where he assisted in the growth of the company resulting in $1billion in mortgage loan originations. As Senior Controller at Pacific Union Financial, LLC, he was integral in the team that provided the infrastructure for loan delivery to GNMA and FNMA. In the position of Corporate Controller for Megastar Financial Corporation, Eric spearheaded the financial reporting package, which included strict deadlines for 40 partner branches. At BWC (Bank of Walnut Creek) Mortgage Services, Eric held the positions of Executive Vice President of Finance and CFO responsible for the strategic growth of mortgage banking activities. He was responsible for the transition from mortgage broker to banker. His efforts materialized in a substantial financial difference in the firm’s growth plan.
Eric received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University and an MBA in Accounting from National University in San Jose, CA. Currently, Eric is pursuing his EMBA at California State University, Fresno with a scheduled completion in fall of 2017.
Chelsea is highly regarded at CCS and by those who have had the opportunity to experience her consultation in the areas of Ginnie Net training and mortgage loan transactions. As CCS’s Vice President of Loan Securitization, she trains client companies’ personnel to complete GNMA and FNMA mortgage loan securitizations. Chelsea manages mortgage loans in delivery pools while meeting strict GNMA delivery guidelines. She coordinates status on delivery with warehouse lenders, document custodians, sub servicers, and for broker dealer (subscriber) transactions.
Prior to CCS, she lead Mortgage Loan Securitizations and Mortgage Servicing at Pacific Union Financial, LLC. Chelsea has also provided personnel training for companies like Summit Funding, Inc. and International City Mortgage, Inc.
Training and coaching comes naturally to Chelsea. Her ardent background in cheerleading and tumbling has lead her to coaching in this sport for Famous All Star. Chelsea is a certified (USASF) U.S. All Star Federation coach at the level of 1 and 2 in tumbling and up to level 3 in stunts and tosses. Chelsea earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of North Texas, Denton in 2016.
